Terms and Conditions - Touring Customers
Booking - A non-refundable deposit of £40 (per weeks stay) is required to confirm your booking, any remaining balance is payable 28 days before your visit.
Cancellation – If cancelled less than 28 days from your visit, all payments are non-refundable. If cancelled more than 28 days from your visit your deposit is non-refundable however, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date within the current year (subject to availability / tariff differences).
Arrivals from 2pm, Departures by noon. This enables us to clean the shower block and cut grass, and helps you avoid oncoming departures on tight country lanes! Arrivals after 7pm strictly by prior arrangement only.
Noise levels - Our guests choose Cei Bach Country Club to enjoy the peace and tranquillity and location close to the sea. We ask that music and TV noise is always kept to a reasonable level, and that from 10pm until 8am all noise is kept to an absolute minimum. Generators are not permitted on site. We’ll keep grass cutting to a minimum, but please bear with us.
Safety and security - We operate CCTV around the site. There is a 5-mph speed limit for all vehicles, bikes and scooters around the entire site. Children’s bikes / scooters are not permitted on the short tarmac road in the middle of the seasonal field. Delivery drivers, drones or model aircraft are not permitted on site. The barrier code must not be given to anyone except for pre-arranged visitors to your pitch. Children under 8 must be always accompanied by an adult in the shower block. We accept no liability for any injuries incurred on site.
Behaviour - Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated on site by any adult or their children. You take full responsibility for your vehicle, equipment, children, dogs, and your visitors whilst on site and are liable for any damage caused to the site or any other third party. Please do not put awnings or gazebos on the grass area. You will need rock pegs if you are putting an awning up on your hardstanding.
Dogs - Well behaved dogs (3 max.) are welcomed, they should not be a nuisance to other guests. Dogs must be kept on a short lead when being walked on site and should not be walked through other guests’ pitches. Dogs must be retained / tethered on your pitch if they are inclined to wander off your pitch. Owners are responsible to clean up after their dogs and use the dog waste bins provided. Owners must not leave their dogs on site unattended whilst they are off site. Dogs are not permitted in the ball-park field or shower block (nor should they be left tied outside the shower block whilst owners are inside). Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
Play park and play equipment - Children must be supervised at all times in the play park and whilst using all play equipment. The play park and play equipment can only be used between 9AM – 9PM.
Waste, recycling, and environment - Cei Bach is in an area of Special Scientific Interest and is home to some wonderful wildlife and sea life. We provide full waste recycling facilities; please separate your waste and place it into the correct bins which are clearly labelled. We cannot recycle items such as gas bottles, broken awnings, batteries etc – which you must take home with you to dispose of at your local household waste centre. BBQs are permitted on site but they must be elevated. Please keep our beach clean from BBQ debris and litter.
Showers and toilets - The showers, toilets, laundry, dishwashing area, wastewater and elsan point are closed between noon and 2pm for cleaning. Alternative public toilets are available close by on the road down to the beach. Wet suits are not permitted in the shower block as they can block the drains. Please leave the showers and toilets as you would wish to find them for your own use.
Visitors - All visitors (day or night) must be pre-arranged with us and paid for in advance of their visit, either at time of booking or whilst you are on site. During summer and school holidays we are unable to accommodate additional day visitors. Our pitches can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons (including visitors). Your pitch must not be used for parking any additional vehicles, there are limited additional parking spots on a first book basis.
The proprietors reserve the right to expel any persons from the site for not complying to these Terms and Conditions.
