Personal information submitted to us through our website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website. We may use your personal information to:

All our financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Take Payments. We will store all the personal information you provide on our network which shall have Firewall, password, and anti-virus protection. Our Cookies

We use both session and persistent cookies on our website. We use a single session cookie on our website to enable the use of a booking system, to reserve pitches, on the website. Persistent cookies enable your browser to remember our website.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Our analytics service provider generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies. CCTV images

We have an installed CCTV system around our site and operate it as detailed below:

 

  • There are signs at the entrances of the site to inform visitors of the use of CCTV;

  • We gather and record images for the security of all customers on site, to ensure the correct use of the site in accordance with our terms and conditions, and to have evidence in the event of any type of criminality;

  • Images gathered are taken from public areas of the site (excluding from inside of our shower / facilities block);

  • The owners of the Company are responsible for the CCTV system and its operation.

  •  Any stored data is protected on our secure server (protected by Firewall, Password and anti-virus software);

  • Stored images are not shared with any third party;

  • Stored images are kept for approximately 28 days after which they are automatically deleted.

Should you instruct us to provide you with a copy or ask for deletion of any personal information we hold about you, please note:

 

  • You must supply us with appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address);

  • We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law;

  • If your request relates to a CCTV image that contains other person(s) we may not be able to share the images(s) with you.

 

You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.

  • In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.

 

You may instruct as at any time if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.

 

We would notify you in advance for consent to use your personal information for any other purpose except those already detailed in this policy.
