Site Information

a) Peak season reception hours (ie. Easter, May Day, Witsun week and the main 6 weeks School holidays) are 10am - 12 Mid-day and 5pm - 7pm daily.

b) Low season reception hours are Friday evenings 5pm - 9pm, Saturday 10am- 12 mid-day and Sunday 10am - 12 Mid-day.

c) New customers please call at reception on arrival (we will aways arrange to be in reception to meet new customers).

d) Out of hours reception enquiries please Telephone 01545 580237 0r Mobile 07584 513768.

e) All new arrivals after 12 Mid-day and no later than 9pm (unless by prior arrangement.

f) Pitch to be vacated no later than 11am on day of departure.

g) Existing customers may go straight to their pitch on arrival.

h) Carvans to put jockey wheel on marker slab with car parked on the opposite side to awning (ie. car-caravan-awning) If using gravelled hard standing caravan and awning on gravel car on the grass.

i) Motorhomes to be parked behind, and in line with marker slab (ie. when facing the sea marker slab would be in front of motorhome).

j) Tents (no longer than 6 Mtrs wide x 7 Mtrs long) to use marker slab as centre line of tent with marker slab in front of tent (ie. if the front opening of the tent is facing the sea, marker slab would be in the front of this). Car either parked at side of tent or behind tent.

k) Ice pack freezer in Laundry room.

l) Shower block/Laundry/Washing-up sinks/Elsan point are strictly inaccessible from 12-Mid-day until 2pm for cleaning (please note there are no other toilet facilities avaliable on site during this time and the closest public facilities are at the top of the slipway leading to the beach).

m) Useful telephone numbers (ie. doctors, vets, taxis), a variety of takeaway menus and Tide timetable can all be found in the notice board opposite reception.

n) Refuge bins can be found at the entrance to the site on the left (please note these bins are tall and therefore unsuitable for young children to use)

o) Recycling bins for glass, aluminium cans and plastic can be found adjacent to the large refuge bins.

p) Drinking water is available from the wooden hut in the centre of the field (please note this is NOT to be used for the disposal of grey water)

q) All grey water must be disposed of in the Elsan point (this can be found on the corner next to the gents toilets) or down the grid on the outside of the shower block under the washing up sinks window.

r) The closest major supermarkets are Morrisons (Aberystwyth), Tesco (Cardigan), and Sainsburys (Lampeter)

s) The closest mini market is Costcutters (New Quay and Aberaeron)

t) There is NO WiFi on site.

u) Dog waste bin can be found on the wooden hut in the centre of the field.

v) The proprietors reserve the right to expel any person or persons and their belongings from the site for non-compliance of any of the site rules.
